Comment: The house was great, really clean and welcoming.You need to get an ironing board, as I couldn't find one, but all the appliances were fine. I nearly sneaked the quilt from the main bedroom home!!!! How beautiful. The complex was good, the pool area great. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Comment: I was apprehensive at first to go there, because they had a good rate compared to a lot of others I'd been quoted and it was new. We were pleasantly surprised. The property was beautiful and spotless. Everything seemed new or relatively new. We had a snafu with the power the first night and their emergency contact addressed it asap.
Disney is 15min and Universal about 25min if you don't know where u're going.
Kids and I loved the cool lazy river pool area and slide. The staff says the pool is heated, but I must have thin blood; it was warmish, but frequent trips to the jacuzzi helped. Exercise room is nice with new equip. Nice backyard with an old, but usable grill. I recommend bringing some balls and stuff for outdoor play too. Bring everything they suggest on their website for your needs (bar soap, garbage bags etc.). They have towels, plates and pots/pans.
A toy sized washer/dryer are in the unit, but they are convenient.
Bring your own games. The gameroom is ok, but the games are not free. Also have daily poolside light activities/entertainment.

There is no internet access from the room. You can get free internet access at the clubhouse with your own computer, but there's a charge if you choose to use their terminals.

Overall, can't beat the value and comfort of having everyone in the same place. They had a breakfast buffet for about $8/per.
Publix is a couple blocks down the street.

 Beautiful property. My friend and I went to Florida for a girly trip to do our Christmas shopping. Regal Palms resort is excellent and so convenient for shops, takeaways and restaurants/bars, some within walking distance, whioch is a bonus in Florida! The pool area was great and not too busy. Villa Betty Boo2 was lovely. Accommodation very comfortable and spacious. House was very clean and well presented. Would have been nice to have a welcome pack telling us a bit more about facilities at Regal Palms and surrounding area. Couldn't reprogramme the safe as someone hadn't left it unlocked when they left. However this was only a small inconveneience and not used to having a safe in villa anyway. Would definitely recommend to friends and hope to stay there again next year.

Comment:  "This was a beautiful home! It felt like the closest thing to actually being home. It was the Christmas Holidays and my daughter, who arrived earlier by a few days, surprised us by having the outside and inside decorated, even having a small Christmas Tree. We also had the opportunity to spend Christmas with my sister and her husband, something we have not able to do for several years. All in all, it was a wonderful vacation, made even better by this lovely home. Rita and family"

"Dear Bernie We just wanted to let you know what a wonderful time we had on our recent stay at Villa Betty Boo 2. First impression was it was so clean and like brand new. Everything we could need was there and more. The complex itself is first class - the pool was so good we almost didn't go to Disney! We ate a couple of times on the terrace and were not disappointed. Everything was just as the photos on the website - the beds were so comfortable. There was iron & an ironing board (a previous review mentioned there wasn't) Bernie, thank you so much for letting us check out late when our flight was delayed, you were an angel. PS - I think there must have been a change of staff as the ones we met were very friendly and more than happy to help. We will be back!!"

"The property was in excellent condition, clean, comfortable and ideally located to both local amenities. 2 min walk to pool, bar, gym & spa. 8 min walk to local shops & restaurants. All Orlando area attractions within simple recah by car. I would highly recommend this property to all wishing to be in the Orlando region. The owners were also extremely helpful and we would not think twice about using the same property should we return to the location."

Comment: We were very pleased with the Betty Boo2 villa. It was the perfect size for our group of 7 and we were comfortable-great for the little ones as well. The pool facility is amazing, even in the cooler weather we were pleased the water was heated to a comfortable 81 degrees. The location of the villa was a quick walk to the pool. Also handy was the nearby supermarket, Publix and the ever present liquor store. The villa was clean and well-stocked with a good supply of kitchen goods (pots and pans, lots of dishes) as well as a few unexpected extras such as tin foil and sandwich bags, birthday candles and dishwater soap. The three full bathrooms were a plus. The beds were cozy and clean. Ceiling fans were silent. We purchased attraction tickets from the front desk, at a surprising discount, and saved further by attending a time-share presentation (voluntarily). A recommended stay. Bon Voyage "

We found this online and were very pleased with the accommodations and location to local attractions. The property management company was also great. We called to ask for a blender and to have the furnace filter changed and it was done within an hour. Better than any other property or hotel Ive stayed at. The owner was so helpful and easy to contact prior to our visit. Thanks for everything!"

Comment: "on booking this villa the correspondance prior to our stay with Bernie was excellent, we arrived after a delayed flight and headed straight for publix and yes the chicken is amazing... most of our stay we were out everyday so sadly although we paid for it we never got to experience any of the facilities that the Regal Palms resort had on offer. The villa was clean and comfortable and well stocked for us to eat in. the only negitive was that the Safe didnt work..but I would definatly come back again everything is so near and easy... many thanks for a fab holiday "

Comment: Villa Betty Boo 2 lived up to all our expectations, the house is beautiful and clean, all the rooms are very spacious and furnished to a high standard. The kitchen area is well equipped with everything you need. My son was very pleased to find a playstation in his room and the Betty Boo bedroom and bathroom are a lovely touch. My husband also appreciated the wireless internet access that is set up in the house as he had brought his laptop. The resort is well maintained and we all loved the pool especially the lazy river and water slide, we enjoyed the pool side snacks and the draft beer was 2 for 1, the resort staff are friendly and helpful. Just a short walk from the house are several shops and restaurants including Publix and Applebees, we had a pizza delivered from mamas pizzas one night after a very long day at the parks. Disney is only 10 minuets away on the 192 and is well signposted. Overall we had a great holiday and would defiantly return to Villa Betty Boo 2. Thanks for everything."

Comment: Well kept, with all the amenities one could expect. Communication with owner as far as expectations, directions, and helpful tips was beyond my expectations. Resource manual contained easy to understand contact information. Pictures of the Villa were exact as shown. The outside workers seemed to be very hard at work making sure the grounds were kept intact at all times. This is my second vacation rental in Florida and I wont be looking any further (found the one). Thank-you for making this a wonderful vacation at an affordable price!! Jane

Comment: We all had a fantstic time at Regal Palms.The Bar, Restaurant and Pool Area area are perfect for relaxing days away from the wonderfull but exhausting Orlando. The property is superb with lots of space,good furnishings (The beds are fantastic) Wi-Fi,TVs etc,etc and it is all in very good order and looked after by a very good manager. We would definitely return to this part of the world as we had so little time to see everything but we would only do so if we could stay at this Villa. Many Thanks and WELL DONE
